This piece was inspired by the night the northern lights shimmered unexpectedly above our home. A fleeting, magical moment when the sky danced with colour. I wanted to capture that quiet astonishment, the sense of wonder that makes you stop and breathe.

The weaving reflects the movement and luminosity of the aurora. Shifting greens, fuchsias, violets, and soft blues blending and parting like light across the night. It’s a cloth born from awe, a reminder that beauty sometimes finds us where we stand. Woven in silk, merino and cashmere - as velvety as the night sky itself.
